Put together the documentation and submit your proposal. A curator responsible for contacting you and working with you will be assigned. You can find who is assigned to you on the main page of this site. Curators must agree on accepting/rejecting the meetup.
After applying, curators have approximately 7-10 days to curate the event. This time might be prolonged if any documentation needs to be included or the curator waits for something from the organizer or during the holiday season. Time might also be affected by technicalities around running the bounty, like waiting for top-ups.
In your designs, always use the newest Polkadot logo. Do not change it, modify it, or adjust it. Download Polkadot logos here: https://polkadot.com/community/brand-hub
Polkadot branding must be visible and the main point of your designs and merchandise.
Don’t experiment too much. If you need help, suggestions, or recommendations, contact the bounty curators. Having your banner or merchandise design approved by curators is always good.
Banners should be without dates and created to be more “general” so they can be reused in the future. Avoid adding the name of the city or similar specifications if you are planning to organize meetups in other cities.
